PCM is RacingLine's new tuning solution, developed exclusively for these cars such as Golf mk8 GTI & Golf mk8 R, for which traditional tuning methods are not yet available.
PCM stands for ‘Power Control Module’ and is our way of bringing your new MQB EVO car to life with typcial gains of 40hp and 60nm.

In all of our MQB 'evo'-platform R&D work, it has become very clear that whilst the laser-welded body is very stiff and well reinforced, handling will always benefit from a sharper, stiffer bodyshell.
So, our beautiful Carbon Fibre Rear Body Brace tightens up the weakest point on the car between the rear suspension mounts. All with no drilling or cutting.


Meanwhile, underneath, our Front Subframe Brace and Underbody Tunnel Braces further contribute to that all-important body stiffness.
The result? Sharper dynamic responses, with no compromise in comfort or NVH.

Opened the bonnet/hood of your new Golf 8 yet? Then you'll be as surprised as we were to find a manual bonnet prop.
So, the first modification to make to your car is our Gas Strut, fitted in minutes. You shouldn't need this, but you do.
